| Preparing for a Bioenergetic Testing Session |
If you are on medication(s), continue to take as prescribed but please make us aware of what you are taking; |
Take your regular supplements as scheduled. |
Do not take herbal, homeopathic or pharmaceutical anti-fungals for 24 hours before the appointment unless medically prescribed |
Ideally (but only if possible), please eat only small meal 1-2 hours before your test. Let us know when you last ate, and what you had to eat. |
Drink plenty of water before the appointment. Dehydration makes it difficult to get accurate readings. |
Please do not use any perfumes or chemical substances on the day of your appointment - this includes all skin lotions and handcreams. |
Please come to the appointment in clothes that allow easy access to both hands and both feet. |
Please do not wear any nylon fabrix. Ideally, wear only natural fibre clothing such as cotton, wool or silk - this is not mandatory but it is recommended. |
Please bring a bottle of water that you normally drink in a container for testing |
Please bring any supplements you are currently taking, in their original bottles if possible. |
You will be tested based on the Testing Protocol(s) you have requested or that Bernadette sees as being indicated based on your consultation. If there are additional supplements or foods that you wish to be tested on, feel free to bring these along and, time permitting, we will try to include testing of these towards the end of the session. |
